Two Foundation
Inspired by a mom’s love and a child’s willful journey toward independence, the Two Foundation was established in 2013 as a 501c3 non-profit organization.
This organization was inspired by Derek Hunter, the son of our Founder, Shari. Born with unique abilities, Shari knew from the very beginning that her son was born to change the world—so she and her family committed to helping make that change possible.
Today, Two Foundation provides the structure and funding for Two & Company – which is a collection of people, places, and experiences, including the Café, Shops and Services – that enables people of every ability to find happiness and success in the workplace and beyond.
Capital Campaign
We need your help and support to bring our vision to reality.
Two & Company, which encompasses the café, shops, job services and the foundation, has outgrown the space we’ve been leasing since 2015. We purchased a building to $1.6 million dollars with 6,800 square feet that will have space for training, café, shops, and business offices. The costs for the building and renovations are estimated to be $4 million dollars. With the generosity of many, we have currently raised $1.68 million dollars.
It takes a village
We want to provide the best of the best in a state of the art facility in the center of Chargin Falls. We want to serve as the premier model for integration of individuals with exceptionalities and provide our community with an amazing dining and shopping experience.
We provide our students – and their families – with hope for the future, and with the pride of being employed in the community. Our business partners benefit from well-trained employees. Two continues to provide support and education to the businesses to ensure success.

The Two Foundation exists to provide full integration into the local workforce for individuals with exceptionalities. We bridge the gap between individuals and local business partners. We prepare, place and support our job seekers and do all we can to ensure long-term success.
